Lynette holds a Bachelor of Science and two Master of Science degrees from UNL and UNO and taught Family Consumer Science full time and part time for 50 years while also serving as the Pastor here at RUCC for 19 years. She is married and has one daughter and three grandsons. She is very organized and enjoys running the chains for football games (25 years), as well as running, sewing, being outdoors, mowing and shoveling snow.

Shannon is married and has two adult children. She brings a broad professional background, a strong work ethic, and a clear commitment to RUCC. Outside of her professional responsibilities, she values time with family and friends and enjoys personal interests that encourage creativity and balance.

Chris started at RUCC in May of 2026. Chris holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Performance: Voice, and a minor emphasis in Music Performance: Piano. Chris has worked as a piano accompanist for two Omaha high schools and a local church choir. Chris attended Grand Canyon University from 2020–2022 in the Music Department and is currently the owner and instructor of a voice studio, providing coaching, mentoring and handling business management.
